You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return your used core for a full refund of the core deposit.

Return Options:
1. Return Cores in Advance:
Send your used core to us before placing your order to avoid the core charge.

2. Return Cores Later (Standard):
Pay the core deposit at purchase. Return your complete, rebuildable core within 45 days for a full refund. Returns after 45 days may qualify for a partial refund.
After 90 days, cores may be declined or credited at our discretion.

Core Return Requirements:

Core must be complete, assembled, and like-for-like

Use a strong box, seal components in plastic, and cushion with at least 2 inches of padding

Include a copy of your invoice or RMA inside the box

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Damaged, disassembled, or incomplete cores may receive partial or no credit

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after inspection

BIGRIG TURBO REBUILD WARRANTY POLICY

12-Month Limited Warranty

BigRig Turbo Rebuild warrants that remanufactured and rebuilt turbochargers sold by our company will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date.

This warranty applies only to the turbocharger itself and is limited to repair, replacement, or credit at BigRig Turbo Rebuild's discretion after inspection and approval.

Installation Requirements

To maintain warranty eligibility, the installer must verify the following before startup:

Inspect or replace the oil feed line.

Inspect the oil drain line for restrictions.

Verify proper engine oil pressure.

Change engine oil and oil filter as required by manufacturer recommendations.

Inspect and replace air filter if necessary.

Inspect intake piping and charge air cooler (CAC) system.

Repair any boost leaks.

Prime the turbocharger with clean engine oil before initial startup.

Use proper gaskets, seals, and installation procedures.

Failure to perform these steps may result in warranty denial.

Warranty Claim Requirements

All warranty claims must include:

Original invoice number.

Purchase date.

Vehicle information.

Engine serial number (if available).

Current mileage or engine hours.

Description of symptoms.

Photos and videos requested by BigRig Turbo Rebuild.

Returned turbocharger for inspection.

No warranty claim can be approved without inspection of the returned unit.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover failures caused by:

Installation Issues

Improper installation.

Failure to prime turbocharger.

Reuse of contaminated oil lines.

Improper oil feed or drain routing.

Incorrect actuator installation or calibration.

Oil System Problems

Oil starvation.

Oil contamination.

Low oil pressure.

Restricted oil feed lines.

Restricted oil drain lines.

Sludge or debris contamination.

Air Intake System Problems

Dirty or damaged air filters.

Intake leaks.

Foreign object ingestion.

Charge air cooler (CAC) contamination.

Boost leaks.

Engine Related Conditions

Excessive crankcase pressure (blow-by).

Injector failure.

EGR system failures.

DPF-related failures.

Internal engine damage.

Valve, piston, ring, or cylinder failures.

Operating Conditions

Overspeed.

Excessive exhaust gas temperatures (EGT).

Tuning or performance modifications.

Abuse or misuse.

Lack of maintenance.

Continued operation after symptoms appear.

Physical Damage

Impact damage.

Accidents.

Fire damage.

Shipping damage after delivery.

Tampering or unauthorized disassembly.

Warranty Evaluation Process

All returned turbochargers undergo a documented inspection process that includes:

Compressor wheel inspection.

Turbine wheel inspection.

Shaft play inspection.

Bearing inspection.

Actuator inspection.

Oil contamination analysis.

Failure cause determination.

If the cause of failure cannot be immediately determined, the unit may be submitted to our supplier or manufacturer for additional testing and evaluation.

Labor & Consequential Damage Disclaimer

This warranty covers the turbocharger only.

BigRig Turbo Rebuild is not responsible for:

Labor charges.

Diagnostic fees.

Towing expenses.

Vehicle rental expenses.

Hotel expenses.

Downtime.

Lost revenue.

Engine damage.

Any incidental or consequential damages.

Emergency Replacement Policy

In certain cases, BigRig Turbo Rebuild may provide a replacement unit before final warranty determination.

Such replacements are considered conditional and subject to inspection of the returned unit.

If inspection determines the failure resulted from a non-warrantable condition, the customer may be responsible for the replacement cost.

Final Warranty Determination

BigRig Turbo Rebuild reserves the right to approve or deny warranty claims based on inspection findings.

Acceptance of a warranty claim is not automatic and is subject to verification that the failure resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship rather than external causes.
